1) Melbourne's Princes Park Motor Inn is committed to providing the best customer service possible.

2) We endeavor to process each enquiry as quickly as possible

3) GUARANTEEING YOUR RESERVATION - Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit of the first nights room rate, for all rooms held within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed. This can be done on our web site, which has secure third party encryption, done on DIALECT SERVER.

4) CANCELLATION POLICY - All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date forfeit the entire amount. All bookings cancelled outside this time are charged a $25 cancellation fee.

5) REFUNDS POLICY - referring to the CANCELLATION POLICY, refunds will be processed in accordance of the original payment method eg if paid on a credit card the refund will be made on the same credit card.
